Energize Haysboro

Updated: Mar 7

Lead: Teresa

Energize Haysboro is an environmental conservation project for the Haysboro community hall in Calgary that will bring people together to learn about energy and empower them to act with a conservation mindset, both at the hall and in their own homes. It has three parts:

  1. Install highly-visible renewable energy generation in the form of solar panels on the south-facing roof of the building.

  2. Study and rework our HVAC system to vastly improve its efficiency.

  3. Provide educational outreach and social events around renewable energy and energy efficiency for members of the community, visitors, and local schools.
